Starts June 12, 2023 | Schedule for training group and on-ice session times to be confirmed upon registration Included in the 3 day/week training schedule is a combination of: • 7 Yoga sessions • 18 On-ice sessions • Up to 1 Physio Session per training day (as needed) • 2 Nutrition Seminars Training + Yoga will take place at our own exclusive training facility - Seven Performance: 7121 104 St NW Location for On Ice Sessions to be determined.
